Joint Venture with Audible.com
I attempted this business by proposing a joint venture with the Harvard periodicals and Audible.com on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, however I was cut out as the middle man because I did not establish the legal bearings for the venture and now they have a continued relationship for weekly Harvard Business Review read into an audio format.
However, this business model can serve for a wide array of common print media that people may not have the time for.
Logical assessments can be made such as providing current 'industry preferred' quarterly market reports and reviews for occupations which are known to be very busy and assumed to not have time to read current data in their field.
Marketing can be done in a series of TV commercials showing the benefits of listing to an audio book instead of music while waiting in traffic. The essence of multitasking, whereas listing to music is not productive unless you are in the music industry.
